Many parts of the Handtevy site can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to the Handtevy platform and/or Handtevy Instructor Portal you are required to submit personally identifiable information. “Personal Information” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This may include but is not limited to your name, email address, a unique username and password, or to provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

**What We Do with Your Information **

PES will only store data in Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities which have been audited to meet appropriate security standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 1, PCI DSS, and HIPAA (https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/programs/). PES will endeavor to monitor and implement new security measures where appropriate.

**Third Party Websites **

Our site may include links to the websites of our business partners, vendors, etc. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, you are subject to the privacy customs and policies of that third party. We are unsure whether these third parties have privacy policies similar to ours, and therefore, PES cannot be responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by any third party. Keeping Children Safe

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not knowingly collect any information from, or sell to, children under the age of 13.
